Project Description: KeliAnn Engineering is the Engineer of Record and provided the structural design, structural drawings, and construction observation services for the renovation of the rectory at St. Edmund.  The renovations included the following:

• Addition of an elevator 
• Field visits to determine and evaluate the existing structure
• New openings in the existing steel beam and wood joist floor structure
